Over the next few weeks we are going to help you to develop skills that are proven to help improve emotional health:

  • Develop a strong support network
  • If you’re in a relationship, take time to work on your relationship

Some of these techniques – like mindfulness – take practice, and it’s normal to find it difficult at the start. But with practice you’ll start to notice the benefits.

It also really is a case of finding what works best for you – everyone is different. So don’t be disheartened if you try something and you don’t find it helpful, just try another technique.
