What is Adia’s refund policy?

We process your order instantly to get you the test as quickly as possible. As a result we have a 24 hour refund policy. So if you request a refund within 24 hours of making your order we will provide a full 100% refund. However after that period we will be unable to provide a refund as we will have already sent the test equipment out to you. If there has been a change to our pricing in the past 7 days since making your order you can also request a refund and we will refund any difference in the test price.
