At Adia, we are lucky to be connected with some amazing health and wellness practitioners who are offering wonderful live events to help you feel connected to yourself and others in these trying times. From yoga lessons to kitchen DJ sets, there’s something happening every day this week that will help lift your spirits.

MONDAY – BEDTIME BREATH WITH STRETCH
Our friends at Stretch are holding a whole bunch of online yoga and meditation classes to help get you through the week. Their varied programme includes dynamic flow, pregnancy yoga and classes for toddlers! Tonight Strech co-founder Carl will guide you through a 30-minute breathe relaxation, helping to switch you off and chill you out just in time for bed.

TUESDAY – GROUNDING YOURSELF WITH AMAEZE AND ZACHI
Join Adia experts, Amaeze Madukah – a registered nutritionist – and Zachi Brewster – doula & sex educator – as they share their experience of the past few weeks and how they stay grounded and present through these trying times. Their Live will open up the conversation around mental health and mindfulness and give some tips on tricks on looking after your emotional wellbeing during the current crisis.

WEDNESDAY – MINDFUL EATING WITH FERLY
Being stuck indoors and being restricted in what you can buy can create a lot of stress around food. Sexual self care experts Ferly have partnered with Nude Nutrition to bring you a weekly mindful eating session, hosted on their Instagram page. The lessons will help you find pleasure in every meal and nurture your relationship with food. They are also hosting lives around Mindful Breathing and Mindful Movement!

THURSDAY – POWER YOGA WITH VICTORIA WAITS
Exercise is important for both your mental and physical health – and there’s so many great at-home workouts you can try! However, if a HIIT class just isn’t your thing, you can get your heart pumping and endorphins flowing with an invigorating power yoga session led by the lovely Victoria Waits. If you are looking for something a little more chilled, Victoria is also hosting Yin Yoga and Bedtime Meditation sessions throughout the week.

FRIDAY – ZOE LONDON DJ SET WITH OHNE
If there’s one thing guaranteed to boost your mood and tear you away from your home office, it’s dancing around your kitchen to great music. The team at organic tampon brand ohne are teaming up with DJ extraordinaire Zoe London to get those feel-good Friday feelings going! If you can’t go to the party, Zoe will bring the party to you – doing a one hour live set from her home to yours.

SATURDAY – SATURDAY YOGA CLUB WITH CLARE CONNOLLY
Adia’s resident yoga and meditation expert Clare has taken her classes online so no one has to miss out during lockdown. On Saturday her session will be focused on breathing, moving and relaxing – the perfect start to the weekend. Simply head to Clare’s website to book your space.
